KALKA TECHNICAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION (KALKA TEF)

KALKA TECHNICAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION  has grown exponentially making its presence felt across the Twenty Eight states and Nine Union territories, training and certifying many youth by helping and making them employable and self-employable, empowered KALKA TECH  in Skill, Trade & Vocational Training, along with their respective Training Centers & Branches.

Kalka Technical Education Foundation is a non-profit and self-financed organization, duly registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India.

The Foundation has been established with the objective of promoting literacy, skill development, vocational and technical education, and creating public awareness in the fields of science and technology. The organization functions in accordance with the statutory provisions and regulatory framework prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.

Kalka Technical Education Foundation is committed to the educational, social, and economic upliftment of individuals by providing structured, quality-oriented, and employment-focused training programs. The Foundation aims to develop a skilled, competent, and self-reliant workforce in alignment with national priorities and skill development initiatives.Yoga education and wellness initiatives are conducted in alignment with national health and well-being objectives.

The Foundation works in association and collaboration with various training organizations, educational institutions, and skill development partners for the effective implementation of its programs. All activities are carried out with an emphasis on transparency, accountability, and adherence to prescribed norms and guidelines.

Through its initiatives, Kalka Technical Education Foundation strives to contribute meaningfully to human resource development and nation-building.

KALKA FOUNDATION aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. KALKA FOUNDATION has been formed for the common purpose of talent development for the Skill Based all Sectors. KALKA FOUNDATION is dedicated to meet the demand for skilled workforce in the skill based work industry in India. Ensure sector capacity building for availability of trained and skilled manpower across industry segments and organization levels. KALKA FOUNDATION is not in receipt of any grant-in-aid either from the Government or from any other Council's Department.

All courses and certificates provided by KALKA FOUNDATION aim to promote entrepreneurship, skill development, and self-employment. The KALKA FOUNDATION is authorized to issue Government Approved / Private Certificates, but it does not guarantee employment in government or private sectors.

Kalka Technical Education Foundation is a National Non-Profit Organization (NPO) working in the fields of Information Technology (IT), Human Resource Development (HRD), Skill Development, and Literacy. The organization functions as a national-level entity dedicated to educational, social, and skill-based development initiatives.

The Foundation is empanelled with government and institutional bodies and aligns its activities with national development objectives and policies. It follows a structured and quality-driven approach to education and training and operates in accordance with recognized standards of skill development and educational systems.

The primary objective of establishing Kalka Technical Education Foundation is to promote social inclusion, education, and self-reliance, particularly among children, women, and underprivileged sections of society, especially in remote and rural areas. Special emphasis is placed on the education, skill training, and employment-oriented empowerment of women and girls, enabling them to lead dignified and independent lives.

The Foundation accords high priority to the promotion of technical and vocational education integrated with Indian values and cultural ethos. It firmly believes that technical education plays a vital role in the human resource development of the nation by creating a skilled workforce, enhancing industrial productivity, and improving the overall quality of life of the people.
